Holly Jean Mullen

FNTP

Holly Mullen is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Holistic Realtor® who specializes in Wellness Real Estate, a growing field that recognizes the profound connection between our environment and our well-being. After years of supporting clients in her nutrition practice, Holly began to see a consistent pattern: even when foundational nutrition was dialed in, many people still struggled because their homes were working against them. From chronic stressors in the built environment to the cumulative effects of light, noise, ventilation, water quality, materials, and layout, she came to understand that the home itself plays a powerful role in how the body functions, adapts, and heals.

This realization inspired Holly to expand into real estate in 2022, where she now guides environmentally sensitive and wellness-minded families through some of the most important decisions they will ever make. She has helped numerous clients make "healthy moves", is actively supporting new buyers and sellers, and is in early planning discussions for wellness-forward building projects in the Tulsa metro area.

Holly is the host of the Health Starts at Home Podcast and a frequent speaker at community wellness and real estate events. She has exhibited at Oklahoma’s largest holistic wellness expo and was featured in the Women in Real Estate docuseries for her pioneering work in this emerging field. She is currently studying building biology and pursuing Healthy Home Inspector licensing to expand her knowledge base and better serve her community.

Through her teaching, advocacy, and one-on-one client guidance, Holly’s mission is simple: to bring awareness to the ways our homes shape our health and to empower families with the resources and confidence to create supportive, restorative living environments. From porch to pantry, her work reflects a truly holistic approach to wellness at home.
