Meet Your Instructor
Thomas Gilliford
Structural Integration Practitioner
A practicing bodyworker since 2011 and FNTP since 2014, Thomas combines the practices of each to help people live their lives the way they want to. Thomas has been an instructor with the NTA since 2016 and is passionate about seeing students help to #reversethetrend of preventable poor health!
We may be a little biased, but we think Thomas' years of experience, proven record of success as an FNTP, and dedication to continued education is second-to-none! His commitment to equipping the next NTP's with this amazing skillset runs as deeply as his passion for reversing the trend of preventable poor health!

Canvas: Your FCA Classroom Platform
The FCA program is delivered through an online platform called Canvas. Canvas is most accessible on a desktop or laptop computer.
Your Canvas login instructions will be emailed to you within 72 hours of the first day of class.
Once you are logged in, you will be able to watch recorded lectures, participate in discussion forums, access the live call Zoom information, find replay links from live call recordings, and complete your assignments within Canvas.

You will need to bring a clipboard, pen/pencil, water, snacks, lunch (or plan to dine out), any supplement you may wish to specifically test on yourself*, and something to take notes on (computer, tablet, notebook, or whatever works best for you).
*We will have plenty of supplements for students to test with at the workshop, but if you have a specific supplement you personally want to test on yourself, you are welcomed to bring it.
Attire that is comfortable, casual and not too thick. Bring layers so you can adjust for temperature preferences and have a base layer of a t-shirt and pants when serving as the client for the FCA. If you choose to wear a dress or a skirt, you must have leggings to wear underneath.
You will be responsible for your meals.
A reliable internet connection, access to a computer desktop, laptop or ipad, and a word processing program of your choice are needed.
The Holistic Council is the most up-to-date resource for staying aware of how laws may impact practicing in your particular state.
We suggest dedicating 5-10 hours per week for:
