Deidre Bloomquist

FNTP

Deidre Bloomquist is a visionary functional nutritionist and founder of Always Growing Wellness, where she has dedicated her career to exposing how environmental toxins silently shape fertility, pregnancy outcomes, pediatric health, and the rise of complex chronic illness. Her work centers on one core belief: when we reduce the total toxic burden, we restore the body’s innate capacity to heal, conceive, and thrive.

Through her dual-focused practice, Deidre supports both individuals and families seeking answers beyond conventional care.

Her fertility and preconception programs help women and couples reverse hidden toxic barriers to conception, improve egg and sperm quality, and create the healthiest possible beginning for pregnancy. On the pediatric side, her team specializes in gut health, eczema, and chronic childhood symptoms, using toxin screening, functional labs, and root-cause frameworks to help children rebuild resilience from the inside out.

Deidre is also the best-selling author of Toxic Infertility: Detoxification Solutions to Improve Natural Fertility, a groundbreaking book that has reshaped public understanding of how chemicals, plastics, heavy metals, mold, and environmental exposures directly influence reproductive health.

Beyond her clinical practice, she is the co-creator of Toxin Mastery Method, the premier practitioner training for interpreting toxin labs, designing individualized detox protocols, and confidently addressing complex cases. Having mentored functional practitioners for years, she has helped elevate the next generation of clinicians who are ready to address the environmental root causes driving today’s health epidemics.

Across her work with clients, parents, couples, and practitioners, Deidre’s mission remains the same: to restore fertility, transform chronic health, and support future generations by reducing the toxic load that modern life has placed on all of us.
