Danielle "Dani" Hamilton

FNTP

Danielle “Dani” Hamilton is a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and a Circadian Health Practitioner. She is a leading expert in blood sugar regulation and hypoglycemia. She specializes in helping people who have seen multiple practitioners but still struggle with fatigue, mood swings, cravings, hormonal imbalances, and blood sugar crashes.

After reversing her own PCOS, hypoglycemia, acne, and weight loss resistance, Dani developed a personalized approach to metabolic health that goes beyond food rules and one-size-fits-all advice. She combines targeted nutrition with circadian rhythm strategies and seasonal alignment to remove hidden stressors and restore metabolic flexibility.

Through her Blood Sugar Mastery Program, she has helped thousands of people reverse Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, insulin resistance, and hypoglycemia. Her students consistently report deeper sleep, more stable energy, improved mood and focus, better digestion, reduced inflammation, and a renewed sense of ease in their body.

Dani is the host of the Light Up Your Metabolism podcast and a passionate educator helping people reconnect with nature to heal their metabolism and reclaim their health.
