Classes start in September and are held over an 9 month period. Students will meet on Saturdays and Sundays for a total of 15 days. In addition to classroom instruction, comprehensive instructional materials including student workbooks, reference materials, the lecture series on DVD and the nutritional assessment software are all included in the cost of tuition.
Students will participate in Instructor-lead online sessions that review the DVD material. They will have the opportunity to ask questions and join in on class discussions that complement the curriculum. In addition, students may schedule individual phone conferences to clarify any questions. The course requirements are attendance, module based homework, book reviews on all required reading, a community project, outside client/practitioner exercises, workshops, conference calls, and successful completion of written and practical examinations.
